3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services that have already been completed and delivered, and the client has already approved the work.

  • Payments made for subscription-based services, where a refund is not applicable as per the terms of the subscription agreement.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that:

  • It may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
  • If a refund is issued after a chargeback or payment dispute, you may be liable for any charges or fees that result from such actions.

We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

5. Modifications and Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel a service request:

  • Requests for cancellation or modifications must be made within 24 hours after placing the order, prior to the service being started.
  • If the service has already begun, cancellation or modifications may not be possible, but we will try to reach an agreement based on the progress of the service.

For subscription services, cancellations can be made at any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for prior billing periods, but your subscription will be canceled moving forward.

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or the quality of services received, please contact our customer support team. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and efficiently. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, it may be referred to a third-party mediator, or as a last resort, the matter may be taken to the relevant authority or court under UK jurisdiction.

Refunds for prior periods will not be considered, and the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle onwards.
